I got myself a gorgeous cuff bracelet along with some matching earrings from Coomi that really catch the eye! Coomi offers some one-of-a-kind, upscale jewelry. Their personalized assistance is amazing, exceeding all my hopes, ensuring that the customer is fully content and absolutely pleased. I’ll definitely be back.

First off, I gotta say the company has some stunning, top-notch jewelry, but they ain't to blame for my item getting stolen (that's on FedEx). Still, I'm pretty let down that Coomi would suggest returning a pendant they knew was meant for my mom, and then just drop the ball. This was promised ages ago, and every time I check in, I get a bunch of excuses (Covid, staff changes, we forgot). I even said I’d understand if they didn’t want to follow through anymore, and they assured me it would be sent... but it never was, and I doubt it ever will be. Why keep adding to the disappointment for a customer who's already had one company mess up? All this did was ramp up my frustration and anxiety. I just don’t get it. I never asked them to send it, so why even offer if they had no plans to follow through?

Absolutely stunning! The intricacies of the vintage pendant are just right.. gorgeous solid vibrant shapes .. I laid eyes on this item 15 years back .. at last.. it’s mine.. a treasured family keepsake for years to come .. it’s so lovely, I get compliments all the time when I wear it.. this can be a tad distracting and takes some time.. big thanks to Coomi..

Coomi is definitely my top pick for jewelry design. I got my first piece more than a decade ago and make it a point to indulge in a new pair of earrings every year. Every item they offer is truly unique. I often get asked about the source of my rings or earrings. Their necklaces are stunning as well.

These earrings are way too heavy to wear. They feel like they might rip your lobes apart. I gave them 3 stars just because I managed to clumsily turn them into pendants — one on a simple oxidized chain; the other paired with two actual charms on a mixed metal chain. (I ain't about to shell out more cash for a jeweler to fix them up.)

And when you take a closer look, there's a flashy, messy tackiness to this design… totally not like the clean, classic style and top-notch craftsmanship of leading jewelry makers from North & South America and Western Europe. I've learned my lesson… gotta think about where I buy from! This will definitely be my last Coomi purchase.

Coomi is seriously one of the worst companies around! Instead of safeguarding our history and the few artifacts that have managed to last through the ages, they just slap some gold, silver, or jewels on them. This company loves to yap about their 'responsibility' to 'preserve the past,' yet they snatch up items dating back to 700 B.C. or even older, all for their own greed and profit! They keep doing this time and time again—just take a look at their so-called 'one of a kind' pieces! They're only unique because there are limited culturally significant artifacts left for them to exploit and take! SHAME ON YOU, COOMI!

THE STAFF WAS SUPER HELPFUL IN HELPING ME CHOOSE. I REQUESTED A PHOTO OF A RING ON A WOMAN'S HAND TO GET A SENSE OF THE SIZE, AND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A CRAZY BLACK FRIDAY, THEY SENT ME MULTIPLE PICTURES OF THE RING. REALLY HELPFUL AND ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS.
